  • Serve as the central point of coordination across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Content, Creative, Sales Development, Sales, Partner Marketing, and Regional Marketing teams
  • Drive campaign execution through Asana by managing project plans, tracking deliverables, resolving blockers, and ensuring work stays on schedule
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate go-to-market priorities into executable marketing campaigns that align messaging, content, and customer journeys
  • Coordinate campaign launches across multiple channels, ensuring a consistent customer experience from awareness through pipeline generation
  • Facilitate campaign planning meetings, weekly execution reviews, and cross-functional status updates while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
  • Monitor campaign performance, communicate results to stakeholders, and recommend optimizations based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline performance
  • Build repeatable campaign processes, templates, and best practices that improve speed, consistency, and operational excellence
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline campaign planning, execution, reporting, and optimization

What You Need to Succeed:
  • 3-6 years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns within a B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Proven success managing multiple campaigns simultaneously from planning through execution and reporting
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Sales, Content, Creative, and Operations teams
  • Experience managing campaign plans using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels including email, webinars, digital marketing, events, ABM, SDR campaigns, and nurture programs
  • Analytical mindset with experience using campaign data and reporting to improve marketing performance
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar marketing technology platforms

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
  • Experience supporting enterprise B2B SaaS organizations
  • Experience managing go-to-market campaigns
  • Experience working within an account-based marketing strategy
  • Familiarity with Agile marketing or sprint-based campaign planning
