This position will primarily involve delivering telehealth services to various client populations, ensuring they receive quality mental health care. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, enabling our therapists to operate from their home offices while providing services to clients via our secure telehealth platform, Simple Practice. This setup not only allows for greater work-life balance but also requires therapists to be adept in virtual communication skills, ensuring fluid and meaningful connections with clients through video conferencing and secure messaging

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other clinically relevant methodologies, tailored to individual client situations.
  • Facilitate remote counseling sessions with clients of varying ages and backgrounds through video conferencing, maintaining an empathetic and safe therapeutic space.
  • Utilize the Simple Practice platform to document client progress and treatment outcomes efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to share best practices and develop a comprehensive understanding of client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals of all ages—teens, adults, and couples—seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and other mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse backgrounds and varying levels of mental health need, contributing to both personal and community well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.
