• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A deep sense of empathy and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients are crucial for success in this role.

• Previous experience in private practice or community health settings.

Trillium Therapy Group offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
