• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, while formulating accurate clinical diagnoses to shape tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, couples, group, and family therapy sessions via video conferencing, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to client objectives.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective response to their needs.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records for each client, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
• Engage in collaborative care through interdisciplinary teamwork with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, creating a comprehensive treatment approach for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and relevant community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.
• Commit to continuous professional growth by participating in ongoing training, workshops, and networking events within the mental health field.

This role involves working with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, families, and couples, presenting a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and life transitions. Tailoring therapy approaches to each individual or family dynamic is critical in fostering resilience and promoting effective coping mechanisms.

• Must possess a valid professional license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment and diagnostic evaluation of mental health conditions.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in clinical mental health settings, ideally including experience in remote or telehealth environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team is crucial for success in this position.
• A deep commitment to maintaining professional ethics and standards within the therapeutic practice.

• Previous experience delivering remote therapy or telehealth services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
