• Assess patients' biopsychosocial needs through comprehensive evaluations to identify their issues and concerns.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that facilitate effective responses to identified needs and conditions.
• Provide individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy sessions, adapting techniques according to clinically tailored approaches.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and program planning sessions to enhance treatment effectiveness and share insights with psychiatry and therapy teams.
• Document patient progress accurately in accordance with federal, state, and organizational standards, utilizing EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software.
• Adhere strictly to agency policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance in all clinical practices.
• Respond to crisis situations by collaborating with both outpatient and inpatient teams to deliver triage evaluations and necessary interventions.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• At least two years of professional counseling experience, with a preference for prior experience in clinical settings.
• A strong foundation in legal and ethical standards governing the practice of counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• A demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Proficiency in EMR software and other relevant technologies to document care and manage patient information efficiently.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in primary care or integrated behavioral health settings is advantageous, as it enhances the interdisciplinary approach to patient management.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
