Job description

Fully Remote* *Candidates can be located anywhere in the U.S*

Job Summary:

The Designer should have advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, and some experience in Plant 3D and/or CADWorx to generate drawing packages. The Designer should have the ability to prepare CAD drawings based on engineering red line comments, markups, or sketches. The Designer should have the ability to read and understand both client and ENTRUST CAD standards following them closely.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create new drawings from as-builts, aerial imagery, field notes, and survey data
  • Set up sheets, title blocks, notes, plans, and details for an overall drawing package
  • Add annotation and dimensions to foundation location plans, sections, and details to PDF for review
  • Modify drawings as directed by Design Coordinator, Engineer, or Designer

Required Qualifications:

  • 5- 10 years of AutoCAD and Cadworx or Plant 3D Experience

  • Associate degree or completion of related technical school courses or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to self-manage workload and supervise a small design team to execute results
  • Organization: Stay on task and complete projects within budget
