As a Mental Health Counselor at Springwoods, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals navigate their issues and achieve personal growth through established therapeutic frameworks.

• A current and valid license in your field (LMFT, LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or PsyD) is required.
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated empathy and understanding towards clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee therapy sessions and documentation efficiently.

• Previous experience providing mental health services in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Person-Centered Therapy.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and digital tools for managing appointments, sessions, and documentation.
