• Provide virtual, one-on-one counseling sessions to emotionally struggling adults using video conferencing tools.
• Screen clients for emotional stability, ensuring that only low-acuity individuals are matched with your services.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their emotions, experiences, and concerns, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
• Assess and diagnose various emotional and mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, and stress-related issues.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that employ evidence-based approaches and interventions to address client needs.
• Regularly monitor client progress throughout the therapeutic process, adjusting strategies and support as necessary to enhance coping skills and resilience.

Your clients will primarily include adults experiencing emotional challenges, with a keen focus on those exhibiting stable conditions who can effectively engage in therapy. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R. Note that provisional or limited licenses are not eligible for this position.
• Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.

• A history of successful client outcomes in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating effective treatment strategies and interventions.
• Previous experience with remote counseling is a plus, equipping you to navigate the nuances of virtual therapy effectively.
