• Conduct thorough assessments and actively engage with adult clients in the provision of psychotherapy via secure online video platforms.
• Develop and tailor individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs, utilizing evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Document client sessions accurately and professionally, ensuring compliance with all relevant clinical standards and regulations.
• Attend regular supervision and training sessions to maintain clinical competencies and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Maintain a clean, disciplinary-free professional record and adhere to ethical standards of practice.

This role primarily focuses on adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological issues. Our therapists are allowed the flexibility to develop their specialized interests while contributing to the overall mission of improving community mental health.

• A master's level degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.
• An active, unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the United States.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Proficiency in documentation reflecting session details, diagnostic assessments, and treatment progress.
• A clean record free of any disciplinary actions from licensing boards across jurisdictions.

• Hands-on experience in applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients through telehealth platforms and familiarity with remote therapy tools.
• Strong written communication skills for creating detailed and professional documentation and reports.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
