• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-oriented treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific goals and challenges faced by clients.
• Facilitate sessions that promote insights into clients’ feelings, relationships, and life experiences.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, making adjustments to strategies as necessary while fostering healthy coping mechanisms.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a spectrum of mental health needs. This demographic allows you to focus on skill development and life improvement rather than crisis intervention. By providing targeted support, you will assist clients in navigating their mental health challenges while working on practical solutions that enhance their well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess a full, independent license to practice; candidates will be considered who hold one of the following licenses:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses accepted; a clean disciplinary record is mandatory.

• Demonstrated expertise in providing therapy for adult clients.
• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is a plus.
• Ability to leverage technology efficiently in therapeutic practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills, combined with empathy and a supportive demeanor.

In addition to a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 yearly, depending on working hours, we offer substantial benefits that include:
