This position is remote, providing flexibility while maintaining close connections with our team and clients. You'll be equipped with advanced technological resources, such as secure electronic medical records (EMRs), ensuring efficient communication and documentation. Our team regularly engages through virtual meetings to discuss treatment cases, share insights, and participate in training sessions, ensuring a collegial atmosphere despite the remote setting.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during initial client consultations to evaluate mental health conditions, understanding each individual’s unique background and presenting concerns.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that are evidence-based and centered on the client's specific mental health needs, incorporating therapeutic modalities suited for their situation.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions, utilizing techniques grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or other therapeutic frameworks in line with best practices.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions or family counseling as required, providing a supportive environment that fosters open dialogue and healing.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on client feedback and evolving needs to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care, including referrals and integrated treatment strategies.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in regular training and workshops designed to keep you informed on the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

As part of our clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. Our approach emphasizes cultural competence, and you will be expected to connect sensitively with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that care is both respectful and effective.

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required, along with a valid state license to practice as a mental health counselor (LMHC).
• At least two years of experience in the field of mental health counseling, demonstrating progressive responsibility and a depth of understanding of client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• A strong foundation in mental health treatment approaches and practices that are evidence-based, with a commitment to ethical care standards.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms that facilitate remote counseling.
• Background in crisis intervention and experience with diverse populations may be beneficial.
• Knowledge of group therapy facilitation techniques is a plus.

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000 annually, alongside a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
