This position is remote, providing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering quality care to our clients. As a fully remote role within an educational setting, you will connect with families and their children using various technology platforms to conduct assessments and provide ongoing support. As an LCSW at Mind Wealth Wellness Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that they reflect the unique needs of each child and family.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, providing feedback and necessary adjustments to strategies as a collaborative team member.
• Engage and support families through coaching, offering them tools and strategies to promote their child’s developmental progress.
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations to ensure ethical and effective service delivery.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and incorporate Natural Learning Environment Practices in developing interventions.
• Establish trusting relationships with families, fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth for both parents and children.

This role focuses on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You will work closely with children, helping them acquire essential developmental skills, including physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication abilities. Your work will not only impact the individual child's growth but also support families in understanding their child’s unique needs and enhancing their developmental journey.

The ideal candidate for the LCSW position will possess:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Licensure by the Department of Public Health as an LCSW.
• A valid driver’s license for home visits to clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt approaches based on varying learning styles.
• Proficiency in organization and effective time management.
• A commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices, promoting inclusive and integrated service delivery.

While the fundamental qualifications are essential, the following experiences will enhance your application:

• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• Bilingual capabilities in English and another language are strongly encouraged to better serve our diverse clientele.
