Our outpatient office approach means you will be providing therapy via telehealth sessions, utilizing technology to enhance patient interaction while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. This flexibility allows for a diverse caseload that you can manage from the comfort of your home.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and facilitate individual therapy sessions, designing tailor-made therapeutic interventions based on each client's unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to various client demographics including individuals, couples, and families.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive services, including consultation with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, to met holistic patient needs.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of all patient information.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and staying informed of the latest mental health research and best practices.

Your expertise will be utilized for a diverse patient population that includes individuals with varying degrees of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. By employing tailored therapeutic approaches, you will help clients navigate their unique pathways toward recovery and mental resilience.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required for this position.
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois is essential, showcasing your commitment to professional standards.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in clinical settings, is required. Your background provides the foundation necessary for meaningful client interactions.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance misuse is highly valued and will set candidates apart in this role.
