• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gathering vital information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources to inform tailored treatment strategies.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed therapy.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals and intervention strategies, ensuring timely adjustments in response to clients' progress and feedback.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive, client-centered care.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, developing safety plans as warranted.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards while ensuring all records comply with industry regulations.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, enhancing clients' understanding and management of their mental health journeys.
