Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Arrowhead Family and Marriage Consulting, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive patient intakes including diagnostic and functional evaluations, and making therapeutic recommendations to primary care providers.
  • Providing brief, focused interventions and ongoing support to patients experiencing mental health issues.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with primary care providers, ensuring that patient needs are met in the primary care setting.
  • Monitoring patient progress, coordinating care with other treatment providers, and adjusting treatment strategies as needed to improve outcomes.
  • Creating relapse prevention plans and assisting patients in maintaining stability in their mental health.
  • Documenting detailed clinical notes and maintaining accurate treatment records in compliance with agency policies.
  • Providing consultation to clinic management regarding behavioral health services and contributing to program evaluations.
  • Empowering patients with self-management skills and resources to actively participate in their own recovery journey.
  • Adhering to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals at all times and performing additional duties as required.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications
