This position will allow you to work primarily from home while collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders within our network. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to inform the creation of personalized treatment plans, ensuring they incorporate both individual and group therapy approaches as well as other evidence-based methodologies.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, aiming to empower clients to overcome addictions and foster significant positive life changes.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish realistic treatment goals that adhere to ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring a responsible and effective therapeutic process.
  • Maintain meticulous records by documenting client assessments and therapeutic progress, ensuring compliance with both state and federal regulations.
  • Work in partnership with the clinical director to perform chart audits and sign off on therapy notes, maintaining high standards of clinical documentation.
  • Engage actively in team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with colleagues to develop strategies for improving patient care quality and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with clinical and program directors and other professionals, such as psychiatrists and nurses, to deliver comprehensive care to clients, integrating varied treatment approaches as necessary.

Qualifications
