The Forge Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our professional team. This position will allow you to work primarily from home while collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders within our network. As a member of our dedicated team, you will participate in regular meetings and supervision sessions designed to enhance clinical skills and teamwork.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to inform the creation of personalized treatment plans, ensuring they incorporate both individual and group therapy approaches as well as other evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, aiming to empower clients to overcome addictions and foster significant positive life changes.
• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic treatment goals that adhere to ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring a responsible and effective therapeutic process.
• Maintain meticulous records by documenting client assessments and therapeutic progress, ensuring compliance with both state and federal regulations.
• Work in partnership with the clinical director to perform chart audits and sign off on therapy notes, maintaining high standards of clinical documentation.
• Engage actively in team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with colleagues to develop strategies for improving patient care quality and outcomes.
• Coordinate with clinical and program directors and other professionals, such as psychiatrists and nurses, to deliver comprehensive care to clients, integrating varied treatment approaches as necessary.

You will be serving a diverse client population that encompasses individuals grappling with mental health disorders, substance use challenges, and dual-diagnosis cases. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution or a related field.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license is a prerequisite for this role.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, specifically within social work, mental health centers, or substance use treatment settings.
• Demonstrated clinical skills and case management experience, with a strong understanding of mental health practices.
• Proficient in software such as Microsoft Office and KIPU Systems for client management, ensuring seamless documentation and coordination.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities, with strong written and verbal communication skills essential for effective client interactions.

• Experience working in a school-based or educational setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices specific to substance use and mental health recovery.
• Previous involvement in quality improvement initiatives within a clinical setting.

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
