As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at supporting our patients throughout their healing process. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and screenings to establish individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s unique mental health needs.
• Providing evidence-based short-term counseling and crisis intervention services to patients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
• Facilitating engaging therapy groups and workshops that promote personal development and address topics such as coping strategies, life skills, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community support organizations, to ensure a unified approach to patient care.
• Participating in community outreach programs and mental health awareness initiatives designed to educate the public and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues.
• Maintaining accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of therapy sessions while adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills tailored to engage effectively with a diverse clientele and medical community.
• Knowledge of evidence-based counseling practices and brief therapy models suited for outpatient environments.

• Experience in a hospital or outpatient clinical setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms, enhancing the delivery of care.
• Previous involvement in community health initiatives or outreach programs is a significant plus.
