• Conduct initial assessments by meeting with clients to discuss their aspirations, preferences, and current mental health status before developing individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Design comprehensive rehabilitation strategies that suit each client's educational background, strengths, and goals, adjusting these plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluation and progress.
• Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, psychologists, and occupational therapists, to deliver multi-faceted treatment programs tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain detailed, organized case files for each client, documenting relevant personal information, eligibility for services, insurance details, and treatment outcomes.
• Regularly monitor client progress, ensuring that they are meeting their set goals and modifying plans when necessary to enhance their therapeutic outcomes.
• Foster and sustain effective communication with clients participating in job training and other therapeutic programs, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during their treatment journey.
• Engage with clients' families to identify ways to best support the client's needs and reinforce strategies discussed during therapy sessions.
• Prepare timely documentation and reports analyzing client needs and making appropriate referrals to additional resources when required.

This role primarily involves working with adults facing various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and other psychological issues. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a crucial role in helping these individuals navigate daily challenges and work towards their personal goals, providing them with the skills and support necessary for rehabilitation.

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential for this position.
• A solid background in mental health treatment, particularly experience working with major mood disorders, in outpatient or community-based settings.

• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic modalities such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
