Work Environment

As a fully remote position, this role allows you the flexibility to manage your schedule while collaborating with a motivated team of mental health professionals. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly, ensuring streamlined interactions with clients via secure video conferencing. Full-time counselors generally work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a work-life balance essential for maintaining mental health and well-being, both for staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to ascertain their mental health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and evaluate progressโ€”ensuring that interventions are tailored to facilitate optimal outcomes.
  • Engage in prior authorization reviews for mental health and substance use treatment to affirm appropriateness of care under regulatory standards, ensuring documentation is thorough and up-to-date.

  • Present client cases during staffing meetings utilizing integrated rounds to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to treatment planning and evaluation.

Qualifications
