The Clear Hope Mental and Wellness Center is actively seeking dedicated Mental Health Counselors, specifically Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), to join our compassionate team in a full-time remote capacity. This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your home while also maintaining a flexible schedule. We utilize a state-of-the-art therapy platform to facilitate live video sessions, chat conversations, and client communication. • Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat aimed at enhancing clients' mental well-being.
• Facilitate open discussions with clients about their emotions and life experiences to foster self-awareness and personal growth.
• Serve as a dedicated advocate for clients, helping them articulate their goals and navigate their therapeutic journey.
• Assess the mental status of clients, develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, and implement solutions that leverage your clinical expertise.

You will work with a carefully screened demographic of stable adults exhibiting low acuity mental health needs. Our organization ensures that clients are matched based on your individual specialties and demographic preferences, providing a streamlined and effective counseling experience. There are no severe mental health cases, allowing you to focus on aiding clients who are ready to improve their overall mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Full licensure in the state of Oregon as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, demonstrating your capability to practice independently without supervision.
• No limited or provisional licenses; applicants must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
• Proficient in computer literacy and comfortable using digital therapy platforms for client interactions.

• Demonstrated experience in counseling, inclusive of tailored therapeutic approaches based on individual client needs.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing for effective communication and relationship building with clients.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a sign-on bonus and additional incentives for performance.
