• Our counselors operate in a fully remote setting, allowing for a dynamic work-life balance.
• This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of over 30 hours per week, though flexible part-time opportunities of over 5 hours per week are also available.

• Deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via video chat designed to accommodate clients' needs.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, mild depression, and overall life transitions. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be crucial in promoting positive outcomes for clients and encouraging them to take active steps toward improving their mental health.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current and valid state licensure is mandatory, with acceptable licenses including LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Must possess independent licensure with no need for supervision and demonstrate no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with computers, and a stable Wi-Fi connection are essential for effective remote counseling.

• Experience in telehealth practices or remote counseling is highly desirable.
• Background in working with diverse populations or specific mental health conditions can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques will also be advantageous.
