To thrive as a Remote Shell Fuel Technician, you need a solid understanding of fuel systems, maintenance protocols, and safety procedures, usually supported by technical certifications or vocational training in fuel handling. Familiarity with remote monitoring systems, fuel management software, and industry-standard tools is typically required. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication make someone stand out in this position. These skills ensure safe, efficient fuel operations and minimize risks in remote environments where support may be limited.

What are some common challenges faced by remote Shell Fuel sales representatives, and how can they overcome them?

Remote Shell Fuel sales representatives often encounter challenges such as building strong client relationships without face-to-face meetings and managing time effectively across different time zones. To overcome these obstacles, it's helpful to leverage digital communication tools, schedule regular virtual check-ins with clients, and stay organized with a robust CRM system. Proactive communication and a clear understanding of Shell's product offerings also help in establishing trust and delivering value to clients remotely.

What is a remote Shell Fuel?

A Remote Shell Fuel position typically involves working for Shell, a global energy company, in a remote capacity, focusing on fuel-related operations, support, or customer service. Employees in this role may help manage fuel orders, provide technical assistance, or analyze fuel data, all while working from a location outside of a traditional office. The job requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a good understanding of the fuel industry. Remote roles offer flexibility but also require self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities can vary depending on the specific department and job level.

Job description

Own the design and implementation of the Wireframe Vibecoding Track: the capability that turns design intent into interactive wireframes and vibecoded UX components deployed directly into the client's Box & Tree MFE shell, feeding downstream into the SAFe decomposition pipeline (Story/Gherkin generation).

This is a hybrid design/engineering role delivered as part of Capgemini's engagement. Wireframes here are intermediate artifacts in a code-generation pipeline, not visual deliverables - the person needs to be credible on both sides of that seam.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build the wireframe generation and vibecoding workflow end to end, from intent capture through component output into the UI shell
  • Curate the client's enterprise design system into a machine-consumable form the agent can encode and enforce - components, tokens, interaction patterns, accessibility rules
  • Establish Storybook as the canonical artifact and visual review surface
  • Define the human-in-the-loop review model: what UX approves, at what fidelity, with what confidence signals
  • Partner with the client's UX team as both stakeholders and end users; partner with delivery partners on scope alignment within SOW as applicable

Nice to Have

  • Prior work turning design systems into agent context

Insurance or regulated-industry experience

Requirements

  • 8+ years across UX engineering / design systems / frontend, with production ownership of a design system at enterprise scale
  • Strong React and modern frontend; able to ship components, not just specs
  • Hands-on with AI-assisted design and code-gen tooling - Claude Code, Claude Design, Figma Make, Stitch, v0, or equivalent - with a real point of view on where each breaks down
  • Storybook, component-driven development, and MFE/micro-frontend integration
  • Accessibility depth (WCAG 2.1 AA) and the ability to encode it as agent constraints rather than manual review
  • Comfort working in a governed environment (TGB/ARB/AI Council review paths)

Benefits

This position comes with competitive compensation and benefits package:

  1. Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
  2. Comprehensive benefits package
  3. Career development and training opportunities
  4. Flexible work arrangements (remote and/or office-based)
  5. Dynamic and inclusive work culture within a globally known group
  6. Private Health Insurance
  7. Retirement Benefits
  8. Paid Time Off
  9. Training & Development
  10. *Note: Benefits differ based on employee level
