Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW-C, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities aimed at providing holistic psychotherapy services:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify each client’s mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans grounded in solution-based interventions.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client requirements.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and enhance service delivery.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families regarding mental health treatments and community resources available to them.

• Stay current with research and developments in the mental health sector to ensure best practices are integrated into therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Clinical (LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland.
• A strong background in clinical practice with a minimum of three years in psychotherapy settings.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to function effectively in a team-oriented environment and engage in critical thinking.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth or remote service delivery is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information and documentation.
• Demonstrated success in managing a caseload effectively while meeting individualized treatment goals.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
