Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s mental health status, challenges, and needs within the first few sessions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their circumstances.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions with adult clients, employing solution-focused approaches, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and other modalities as appropriate.
• Provide crisis intervention services when needed, ensuring immediate support for clients experiencing heightened emotional distress.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with mental health best practices, emerging research, and therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as one of the following: Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients effectively.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach, demonstrating a non-judgmental attitude towards diverse client experiences.
• Exemplary organizational and time-management skills, enhancing your ability to navigate a caseload successfully.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and remote service delivery.
• Experience working with specific populations or specialized therapeutic modalities would be advantageous.
• Active involvement in community mental health initiatives or professional networks enhances your profile.
