Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth psychotherapy sessions and deliver mental health services tailored to clients presenting a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.
• Utilize a variety of psychological assessments and diagnostic tools to evaluate clients, crafting individualized treatment plans that address specific needs and goals.
• Provide crisis intervention services, demonstrating effective techniques in high-pressure situations, including suicidal ideation assessments and appropriate referral for hospitalization when necessary.
• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals and healthcare providers, to ensure cohesive and holistic care for all clients.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist with the development and implementation of clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures that enhance the quality of services offered by the clinic.
• Actively participate in staff meetings, training workshops, and professional development opportunities to remain informed of latest trends and interventions in clinical social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele encompassing various socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Our clients include individuals, couples, and families seeking support for mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing mental health services, demonstrating competence in diverse therapeutic modalities.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment methods and interventions, with a focus on both individual and group therapies.
• Proficient in assessing complex mental health issues and formulating effective therapeutic strategies tailored to clients’ needs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate treatment plans and progress effectively to clients and colleagues.
• A demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills in a therapeutic setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a wide range of mental health conditions, particularly within clinical practice settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery, enhancing our ability to reach clients effectively.
• Background in group therapy and community mental health initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your invaluable work, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a potential sign-on bonus.
