Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients and create tailored treatment plans that promote positive outcomes.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through secure online platforms, adapting techniques according to the individual needs and preferences of each client.
• Engage collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals and provide consistent support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-based approaches, tailored to clients' unique circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation regarding therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your role is crucial in fostering an empathetic and non-judgmental atmosphere, enabling clients to openly express their concerns and work towards mental wellness.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required to ensure a high standard of care.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and establish meaningful therapeutic connections with clients via virtual interactions.
• Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and compassion towards clients' experiences, facilitating a trusting environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms, as well as familiarity with conducting group therapy and workshops, is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, LGBTQ+ counseling, or child and adolescent therapy is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in time management to effectively juggle client caseload and paperwork in a remote setting.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
