With limited oversight the Application Delivery Engineer II is known as a SME for technology tools, products and/or processes. Demonstrates working knowledge and utilization of Process Improvement change management. Provides guidance and training for and mentors junior staff.
  • Performs complex troubleshooting and problem resolution, including proactive investigation of current issues.
  • Independently prepares and maintains technical documentation to assist with ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.
  • Designs and builds custom tools or integrations to meet business requirements.
  • Oversees and/or assists with initial setup and/or upgrades, configuration and installation of hardware or software for complex projects.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
5-10 years of experience required.
