Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Portage, MI Type: Contract Compensation: $20-22/hr Work Model: Remote – offsite Schedule: Sunday thru Thursday 8am - 4:30pm (ET OR CT)

Overview Join a global medical technology leader where customer experience is a top priority. In this remote contract role, you'll serve as a key customer advocate, resolving inquiries, supporting service initiatives, and helping drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications.
  • Ensure that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws.
  • Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
  • Develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
  • Work within well-defined procedures and guidelines to aid in decision making.
  • Handle a variety of work routines in accordance with technical procedures that are well defined.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or related field.
  • Basic understanding of work routines and procedures within the discipline.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with flexible hours aligned with EST and CST time zones.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
