Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to the unique dynamics of each family or couple.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions both in individual and group settings, employing evidence-based practices to address various mental health issues.
• Work collaboratively with clients experiencing challenges such as alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.
• Navigate and support families through transitional periods, including separation, divorce, and blended family challenges.
• Utilize your expertise to provide psychoeducation to parents and family members, fostering healthier communication and relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will specialize in addressing a wide range of issues such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
• Physical and psychological abuse

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits
