As a Senior Sales Manager here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives. Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to develop and coach sales teams effectively
• Expertise in analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and support
• Familiarity with Honeywell Building Management Systems (BMS) and related technologies is highly desirable, especially with a focus on communication protocols, networking and cloud-based software applications.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is <$190,000 - $286,000>. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is <$190,000 - $286,000>.
