Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Quality Engineer to design, develop and execute testing for software applications and platforms to identify software problems and root causes. Duties include: design end-to-end test plans, test scenarios, and test cases and upload in Rally; document defects for software releases using Rally to track bugs and report defects to developers on a daily basis for timely resolution; support requirements gathering for cross-functional teams using Agile methodology; participate in product design reviews with Development teams, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to discuss business requirements, test planning and scheduling, resource utilization, and Test Case review and management; work with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Quality Assurance to achieve test plans; provide data validation using SQL queries to retrieve relevant data from the database; set up data for User Acceptance by business teams; and develop testing programs, assign and track daily tasks, and provide regular status reports to project management and stakeholders. Telecommuting available. Multiple positions. Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: SQL; REST and SOAP; Data analysis, data extraction, data validation and data profiling; Java, Python, MySQL or NoSQL; JCL, COBOL, DB2, SPUFI, MQ SERIES, CHANGEMEN and TWS; AWS DATA Pipeline and AWS cloud; and Data ingestion to Azure services like Azure Data Lake, Azzure Storage, Azure SQL, Azure DW. Pay Range: $92700.00/year to $185400.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
