In this role, you often help determine the scope of the project, make decisions about what types of employees to hire, and manage the project's budget. By proactively encouraging open communication, organizing virtual team-building activities, and setting clear expectations, they help maintain trust and motivation within the team. This approach not only supports project success but also cultivates a positive and collaborative remote work environment.
