POSITION DUTIES

This position serves as Senior Program Manager III, providing executive leadership and operational oversight for the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services' Information Technology and Communications Division (ITCD). Direct enterprise IT operations, including data center, application development, network and telecommunications, criminal justice information systems, and IT administration. Lead strategic technology initiatives, manage resources, coordinate cross-functional technical and project management teams, and establish enterprise IT policies, governance, and operational standards to ensure the secure, reliable, and efficient delivery of mission-critical technology services.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n1.
