Job description

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $700M in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to serve as a critical bridge between our customers and our Product and Engineering teams.

You'll own complex technical customer inquiries from end to end—understanding what customers are trying to accomplish, investigating issues, coordinating with the right technical teams, and driving requests through resolution.

You'll develop a deep understanding of Higgsfield's products, APIs, models, and technical infrastructure while identifying patterns across customer feedback that can help improve our products and customer experience at scale.

What you'll do:
  • Own technical customer inquiries and escalations from initial request through resolution.

  • Become deeply knowledgeable about Higgsfield's products, models, APIs, capabilities, and technical workflows.

  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with Engineering and Product to drive resolution.

  • Translate customer questions and business requirements into clear technical problems and actionable next steps.

  • Communicate technical concepts, limitations, workarounds, and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Partner closely with Engineering and Product to prioritize high-impact customer issues and ensure timely follow-through.

  • Identify patterns across customer inquiries and surface recurring product gaps, bugs, feature requests, and opportunities.

  • Build processes, documentation, and tooling that improve how we manage and resolve technical customer requests as we scale.

  • Help customers navigate complex use cases and get the most out of Higgsfield's technology.

Requirements
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to quickly understand complex products, APIs, systems, and workflows.

  • Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Developer Support, or a similar function.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly when working through ambiguous or complex technical issues.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and customers and translate between technical and business contexts.

  • Exceptional ownership and follow-through, with the ability to drive multiple requests and workstreams to resolution.

  • Strong prioritization skills and comfort operating in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have
  • Experience with AI/ML, generative AI, video, or creative technology products.

  • Experience supporting APIs, developer products, or technically sophisticated enterprise customers.

  • Familiarity with debugging API requests, integrations, logs, and production issues.

  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to turn customer feedback into product improvements.

  • Experience operating in a rapidly scaling technology company.

Compensation & Benefits

  • We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.

  • Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $140,000 - 180,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.

Bonus: This role is Bonus eligible and may participate in the Company's discretionary annual bonus program.

  • Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.

  • Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.

  • The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.

  • Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.

This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Team members are expected to work from our San Francisco office three full days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely and are expected to be available during agreed working hours and to maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. We value in-person collaboration, active communication, responsiveness, and close partnership across teams.

Higgsfield AI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.

Compensation Range: $140K - $180K
