Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to work at Eglin AFB. In this role, you will lead pricing and negotiation efforts for major Air Force programs, shaping government positions on budget, strategy, and contract execution.

You will develop key negotiation documents, evaluate complex proposals, and provide clear, datadriven recommendations to senior leadership. This position offers the opportunity to influence highvisibility acquisition decisions while supporting missioncritical Air Force capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the lead pricing and negotiations analyst for the United States Government, supporting the Materiel Leader in budgeting, negotiation planning, and scheduling contract negotiations for AFLCMC/EB programs.
  • Lead the development of PNM inputs, author PNMs, and prepare Business Clearance positions and leadership briefings.
  • Support strategic negotiation planning for emerging classified projects, including analysis and evaluation of advanced system study efforts.
  • Assess technology lifecycles and support the transition of capabilities from development into production.
  • Gather, organize, and interpret technical data to support program decisions.
  • Develop and evaluate project status, risks, opportunities, schedules, and key milestones.
  • Coordinate program meetings and reviews, prepare leadership briefings, and represent program leadership by providing updates, recommendations, and feedback as required.

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizen and MUST HAVE active Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility;
  • 12+ years of experience leading pricing and contractnegotiation efforts for weapon or platform development and production programs within industry or the U.S. Government; and
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting AFMC/AFLCMC EB programs or Joint weaponprogram negotiations and sourceselection activities;
  • Experience in system acquisition, including development, integration, production, and fielding of capabilities, with an emphasis on contract and proposal development and evaluation; and
  • Technical degree preferred; APDP PM Level III, PMP, MBA, or other advanced degrees are highly desirable.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in a secure, classified office environment where noise levels may range from low to moderate.
  • Annual travel of four to six trips will be required.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
