• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the needs and resources of patients, focusing on their mental health, social functioning, and community support systems.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient interactions, progress reports, and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field, with a current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Active certification or training in the safe management of disruptive and assaultive behavior, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and patients.

• Experience in substance use disorder treatment, with a clear understanding of the strategies for recovery and community resources.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
