This full-time position operates remotely, allowing you to have a flexible work schedule while collaborating with fellow professionals in a supportive community environment. As part of a modern Community Health Clinic, you will interact with other therapists and psychiatric providers to ensure cohesive and comprehensive treatment plans for our clients. Our user-friendly therapist portal enhances daily workflows, making clinical documentation quick and efficient.

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through synchronous live video, ensuring therapeutic interventions are tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Collaborate with Brightside psychiatric providers to develop integrative treatment plans that utilize various therapeutic modalities for improved patient outcomes.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans dynamically, and communicate updates clearly to clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our intuitive therapist portal to facilitate streamlined record-keeping and continuity of care.
• Engage in regular consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team, providing a network for support and professional development.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including adults experiencing emotional disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and higher acuity cases with suicidal ideation. Our commitment to delivering culturally responsive care means you will actively engage with clients from varied backgrounds, cultivating an inclusive environment where all clients feel safe and heard.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current independent licensure in mental health counseling (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) in the state of Oregon; candidates with multiple state licenses are highly encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency with digital tools and technologies, as well as a willingness to incorporate innovative solutions into your clinical practice.

• Experience working with diverse populations and effectively delivering culturally competent care.
• Referencing established therapeutic frameworks and methodologies (e.g., CBT, DBT) in your practice and sessions.
• Previous experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and adapting face-to-face modalities to virtual settings.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to USD 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
