About the Role
This is not a passive recruiting role. This is an active sourcing, talent-mapping, relationship-building, pipeline-creating position for someone who loves the hunt. You will operationalize strategies defined by leadership and execute them with precision and accuracy.
You will own the candidate experience from outreach to offer, helping to elevate Reflex Media's talent brand through innovative recruiting campaigns and external partnerships. What You'll Do
Execution & Hiring Support
  • Translate direction into actionable recruiting plans and deliver effective, high-quality results.
  • Operate with a high degree of ambition, proactively recommending sourcing initiatives (including campus recruitment and community engagement) without waiting for direction.
Advanced Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
  • Actively source, pursue, and engage high-performing passive candidates from tech companies, marketing agencies, creative studios, AI/ML teams, startups, and top universities.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing tools and methods including Boolean/X-ray searches, AI-driven sourcing platforms, talent intelligence tools, competitive talent mapping, portfolio platforms, and niche industry communities.
  • Build and maintain deep pipelines for high-priority roles across Tech, Product, Marketing, Creative, Data/AI, IT, and Customer Support.
Candidate Evaluation & Experience
  • Conduct thorough screenings focused on skill, culture fit, ambition, communication, and alignment with Reflex Media's standard of excellence.
  • Deliver a polished, professional candidate experience with timely communication and an executive-level presence.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process with clarity and consistency.
Partnership With Leadership
  • Work closely with hiring managers and leadership, guided by the Director of Business Operations, to refine role requirements and ensure hiring needs are understood and executed effectively.
  • Support leadership in maintaining high hiring standards by presenting well-vetted, high-quality candidates.
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
  • Represent Reflex Media as a brand ambassador, delivering a compelling, high-end narrative about our culture, mission, and opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance visibility through strategic messaging, recruitment content, campus engagement, and industry networking.
Recruiting Operations & Process Optimization
  • Maintain structured and accurate documentation within the ATS (JazzHR or equivalent).
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including sourcing channel performance, time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and quality of hire.
  • Recommend process improvements to support a world-class, scalable recruiting function.
University Relations & Community Engagement
  • Build relationships with top colleges, competitive academic programs, and relevant professional associations.
  • Participate in networking events, campus activities, portfolio showcases, and industry communities to expand Reflex Media's talent reach.
Confidential & Sensitive Searches
  • Manage confidential requisitions discreetly, navigating sensitive replacements with professionalism and strict confidentiality.

Skills & Requirements
Required
  • Bachelor's degree required; preference for degrees in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, marketing, creative, or high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AI-driven tools across sourcing, screening, research, and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to quickly adopt new technologies and explain them confidently to leadership
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing passive talent and poaching top performers from competitive industries.

  • Strong ability to evaluate candidate competency, judgement, communication, culture fit, and long-term growth potential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional presence and polished delivery.

  • High level of discretion, ethics, and professionalism, with experience managing confidential searches.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, expectation-driven, and evolving work environment.
Preferred
  • Experience recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, including Engineering, Product, Marketing, Creative, Data/AI, and Customer Support.
  • Established networks with universities, industry associations, agencies, and recruiting communities.
