This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic product development environment focused on building and enhancing a large-scale web application for customer support. You will work at the intersection of engineering, product, and design, contributing directly to the quality and reliability of digital services used by thousands of users. The position combines hands-on test automation with manual and exploratory testing, ensuring robust delivery across web and mobile platforms. You will play a key role in defining testing strategies, improving automation coverage, and strengthening overall QA practices within an Agile team. The environment is collaborative, innovation-driven, and centered on continuous improvement, with strong emphasis on ownership and high-quality engineering standards.

Accountabilities:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, designers, and analysts to ensure high-quality delivery of digital solutions.
  • Design, plan, execute, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test cases, and test scenarios across functional and regression testing cycles.
  • Perform manual testing including acceptance and regression testing to validate product functionality and user experience.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Conduct API testing and integration testing, ensuring system reliability across services and components.
  • Prepare detailed test reports, documentation, and quality metrics to support decision-making and release readiness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in QA automation and software testing roles within Agile teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium and programming skills in Java.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as SOAP UI and performance testing tools like JMeter.
  • Solid understanding of web and mobile UI manual testing principles and test design techniques.
  • Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience in testing and automating API validations.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Benefits:
  • Flexible work setup: remote or office-based, with workplace arrangement support.
  • Remote onboarding for a smooth start from anywhere.
  • Performance-based bonuses (annual or quarterly depending on role).
  • Access to internal learning platforms, knowledge libraries, and partner training programs.
  • Health and life insurance coverage.
  • Wellbeing program and access to corporate psychological support.
  • Mobile communication expense reimbursement.
  • Opportunity to work in an Agile, innovation-focused engineering environment.
