Hiring Immediately - Multiple Positions - Full Time - Work from Home Customer Service Position
About the Role
Are you looking for a role that challenges you and rewards your dedication? At Nexa, we operate as a vital communication hub for a diverse range of companies, serving callers 24/7. We are looking for resilient, compassionate and professional individuals to join our fast-paced, high volume call center team.
This is not a sedentary, low activity position. It is a "call after call" environment that requires focus, speed and precision. We are seeking professionals who thrive under pressure and understands that true customer service is not for the faint of heart.
At this time, we are only hiring Full Time remote residents in Arizona (excluding Flagstaff).
Key Responsibilities
You will manage inbound calls for various companies. You must have the agility to switch between different protocols, data entry requirements and specific scripting for each client. You must deliver an empathetic, polite, and professional demeanor on every single call. You must possess excellent grammar and clear, articulate spoken English. We maintain high standards and you will be held accountable for meeting KPI's that include schedule adherence, average wrap time and consistent quality assurance (QA) scores.
Technical Requirements
To succeed in this role, your home office must meet the following technical specifications:
  • You must provide your own equipment that meets the specifications during your new hire period.
  • Upon successful completion of your new hire period, Nexa will provide you with company issued equipment.
  • Windows 11 or higher. Note - Chromebooks, Apple/Mac products and tablets are not compatible with our systems.
  • A wired (Ethernet) internet connection is required. Wi-Fi connections are strictly prohibited due to stability requirements.
  • A professional grade wired headset with microphone.
  • A minimum screen resolution of 1600x900 is required. Two monitors are highly preferred to assist with monitor space for our systems.
  • You must be able to type at least 30 WPM

Schedule and Availability
  • 10 hour shifts (4 days on, 3 days off)
  • Weekend and Holidays -Because our operations run 24/7, you must be available to work one weekend day per week. Holiday work in general is required.
