• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear, achievable goals, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.
• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to mitigate immediate psychological distress, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and their families.
• Facilitate therapeutic support groups and psychoeducational classes that promote coping strategies and resilience among clients facing terminal illness.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, facilitating continuity of care.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our hospice center, you will work primarily with individuals facing terminal illnesses and their families. The role demands an understanding of the unique emotional, social, and psychological challenges that arise during end-of-life care. You will be instrumental in providing grief support, assisting families in navigating complex emotions, and promoting therapeutic openness in these delicate situations.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with exposure to hospice or palliative care.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches relevant to a hospice population.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer:
