Position Summary

This role will own Hubspot marketing wokflows, analytics and insights while partnering closely with Sales Ops to ensure the integrity, flow, and actionability of marketing data across our tech stack. In addition to Hubspot admin duties, this position will be responsible for synthesizing data from across all marketing channels to build dashboards and deliver insights that drive revenue outcomes. This is ideal for someone who is operations-oriented, loves investigating trends and anomalies, and delivering clear narratives and outcome-driven recommendations guided by the data

Position Scope

Analytics, Reporting & Insights

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Hubspot workflows automations, reports and dashboards for marketing performance
  • Partner with SalesOps to create full-funnel Salesforce reports & dashboards ensuring accurate attribution
  • Synthesize data across all marketing channels to conduct marketing mix analysis to inform key decisions
  • Define KPIs, metric hierarchies, and standardized reporting structures to ensure consistent forecasting and performance evaluation across channels and initiatives
  • Own marketing reporting for QBRs, board meetings, and monthly executive updates
  • Establish monthly and quarterly performance cadences supported by standardized templates and clear, insight-driven narratives
  • Investigate trends, provide context, and deliver clear narratives and recommendations.
  • Automate recurring reports to eliminate manual workflows and free capacity for strategic analysis
  • Leverage AI tools (including Glean and AI agents/automations) to enhance data analysis, accelerate insights, and explore forecasting capabilities

Data & Systems

  • Partner with marketing leadership and/or Sales Ops to scope how marketing initiatives will be operationalized and measured across Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Optimize use of Hubspot marketing automation platform and channel integrations helping to ensure all capabilities are being leveraged fully
  • Serve as the Marketing liaison to Sales Ops, providing business requirements and collaborating on CRM solutions for key marketing initiatives including: monitor to ensure all MQL successfully route to sales reps with correct attribution and streamlining fields used by Sales/Marketing teams
  • Own marketing data quality across all marketing-owned data sources
  • Execute on contact and account enrichment initiatives leveraging 3rd party partners to ensure every CRM account contains a complete set of validated buyer contacts
  • Implement and troubleshoot data integrations between third-party tools and HubSpot or other marketing systems
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school degree or equivalent
  • Years of Experience: 3-5 years
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a related role within B2B SaaS
  • Strong proficiency in CRM reporting and dashboard creation (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platform data and workflows (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or equivalent)
  • Experience with attribution modeling and marketing mix analysis
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to create structure, documentation, and repeatability
  • Excellent working knowledge of SQL and/or Python, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate marketing and pipeline data into clear narratives, insights and recommendations
  • Ability to own projects end-to-end, from ideation through execution
  • Experience with and enthusiasm for emerging AI tools, agentic workflows, and automation capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to present data clearly to senior leadership
