THE WORK This REMOTE analyst position will support Supply Chain, Operations, Operations Finance, and Programs Finance to provide production labor and material cost reporting for Global Commercial Military Systems, including the S-92 program, and will be a key contributor to enhancing the overall cost reporting processes and tools. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Partner with Supply Chain and Product Centers to develop and align on the monthly EAC status, variance analysis and reporting, and related EAC risk and opportunities. Investigate, validate and document key drivers to monthly EAC changes, supported by contractual and /or financial system evidence.

Prepare and present (in a concise and coherent manner) EAC status updates, including key drivers to EAC changes and risk and opportunity positions, at the monthly EAC Reviews with Operations and Supply Chain executive leadership. Evaluate and integrate impacts of Over Target Approvals and Purchase Price Variance into EAC, and support strategies that drive material cost management. Leverage labor hour forecasts and MRP data to support time-phased spend forecasts (i.e

TPUT) for Long Range Plan, Annual Plan, and Monthly Outlooks. Continually assess tools and core processes to identify data and / or process gaps; investigate and identify potential solutions to close gaps. Partner with Operations Finance, IT, Data Analytics teams to implement process improvements, automate reporting, tableau dashboard creation, and digital transformation initiatives that drive efficiency and financial results.

Basic Qualifications This role will require 15% travel Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6+ years of professional experience; or 4+ years of professional experience with a related Master's degree. Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of financial concepts, business operations and controls, and the relationship between business transactions and financial impacts / results. Strong systems expertise with advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of SAP (CES and P1S) and Sikorsky F&BO financial tools (Hyperion, tableau, etc.) Desired Skills Working knowledge of Earned Value Management Ability to identify and implement practical solutions to a range of complex problems that are consistent with organizational objectives

Strong analytical skills with ability to turn large volumes of data into clear and concise summaries and actionable results. Agility to execute in a dynamic cross-functional team environment with ability to build effective relationships with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders. Ability to exert some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization, engage with senior personnel on significant matters.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
