Identity security market is undergoing a fundamental transformation. Non-human identities (NHIs) include service accounts, AI agents, bots, API keys, and cloud tokens now outnumber human identities by ratios of 45:1 to 100:1 in enterprise environments. Our team is looking for a strong manager who understands not just traditional IAM but also the next frontier of agentic AI identity security.

As an Engineering Manager II on the Deloitte Cyber Identity & Access Management team, you will be responsible for...

  • Leading the design, implementation, integration, and operation of SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions in complex client environments
  • Managing IAM engineers and technical workstreams across solution design, build, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement activities
  • Defining and applying identity and access management engineering standards across identity governance, provisioning, certification, role management, application onboarding, and integration patterns

Qualifications

Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in identity and access management, identity security, or cybersecurity, including 7+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, or architecting enterprise identity and access solutions
  • 4+ years of experience leading technical teams or workstreams delivering identity and access management architecture, engineering, or platform implementations
  • 4+ years of experience integrating identity management, access management, or identity governance solutions with enterprise infrastructure and applications
  • 4+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in a client or enterprise environment
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business
  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Experience in one or more of the following: identity governance and administration, single sign-on, federation, advanced authentication, consumer identity and access management, privileged access management, identity as a service, cloud identity solutions, or enterprise directory architecture

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.
