About EntranceIQ

We provide modern technology for gated communities, HOAs, and country clubs. Our platform improves security and streamlines gatehouse operations using visitor management software, license plate recognition, kiosks, and cameras.
The Role

This isn't your standard help desk job. As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be a trusted problem-solver for property managers, security teams, and community staff. You'll dig into real-world tech issues, find the root cause, and deliver the right fix.
What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot: Fix issues across software, hardware, kiosks, cameras, and access-control devices.
  • Investigate & Resolve: Find the root cause of system or connectivity problems and see the solution through to the end.
  • Communicate: Keep customers updated and collaborate with our internal teams and external partners.
  • Onboard & Train: Help new communities get up and running smoothly.
  • Document & Improve: Write down your fixes and share ideas on how we can make our support even better.
Who You Are

Technical skills are important, but your attitude matters just as much.
  • You take total ownership of a problem and genuinely enjoy finding the solution.
  • You are empathetic, communicate clearly, and stay calm under pressure.
  • You follow through on commitments and look for answers, not excuses.
  • You learn fast and aren't afraid of unfamiliar technology.
What You Need

  • A solid understanding of basic networking (IP addresses, internet troubleshooting).
  • Experience supporting software or tech systems (including Windows and remote-support tools).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with access control, cameras, or security tech.
Note: You don’t need to be an expert in every system we use. If you think critically, troubleshoot methodically, and take ownership, we will train you.
Why Join Us?

  • Get hands-on with technology that is transforming community security.
  • Expand your skills across software, hardware, and connected devices.
  • Join a growing company where your ideas actually matter and make an impact.

This is a remote position.
