Integrated Event and Parking Services Hiring Event Staff & Security Guards
Integrated Event and Parking Services is hiring Event Staff and Security Guards with a valid Florida Class D License for upcoming events in Miami, Broward, and West Palm Beach.
Staff may have the opportunity to work major events such as the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix.
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Security Guard to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment. You will protect the event premises, assets, and employees and prevent any illegal or inappropriate occurrences. The ideal candidate has experience with public safety and security and operates with a high degree of integrity at all times.
Requirements
Valid Florida Class D Security License
Valid government-issued ID (not expired)
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to stand for long hours during events
Ability to work outdoors and in large crowds
Responsibilities
Provide crowd control and maintain order during the event
Check credentials, badges, or tickets at entrances and restricted areas
Monitor designated posts such as gates, parking areas, and restricted zones
Assist with directing guests, vendors, and staff to the correct locations
Help maintain safe pedestrian and vehicle traffic flow
Observe and report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or incidents
Communicate with supervisors and event management when issues arise
Provide customer service to guests and attendees when needed
Follow all event security protocols and emergency procedures
Remain alert and professional during long standing shifts
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar position is preferred
  • Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures
