We advocate for minimal paperwork to maximize your time spent on patient care, enabling you to focus on what truly mattersโ€”helping individuals improve their mental health.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting detailed clinical assessments to understand clientsโ€™ needs and developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based best practices.
  • Facilitating a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while adapting techniques based on individual preferences and treatment goals.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and quality care.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment teamโ€”including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workersโ€”to create a cohesive care strategy for each client.
  • Participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at enhancing therapeutic practices and improving patient outcomes.
  • Providing education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health initiatives, coping strategies, and available community support services.
  • Continuously updating your knowledge of the latest trends and research in mental health to incorporate innovative practices into your treatment methods.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The individuals you will be working with come from diverse backgrounds and have a wide array of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral issues. Our focus is on creating a safe and welcoming space for every client, enabling them to express their unique challenges and aspirations. You will be instrumental in empowering clients to achieve their personal treatment goals while fostering resilience and growth.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A current, valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, preferably in a telehealth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex clinical situations.
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience

Experience with specific populationsโ€”such as children, adolescents, or individuals facing life transitionsโ€”will be considered an asset. Familiarity with evidence-based practice frameworks and telehealth technology is also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role falls within the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Paid professional liability insurance, ensuring your peace of mind while practicing.
  • Minimal administrative tasks, allowing for more direct client interactions and efficiency in service delivery.
  • A full client caseload structured during business hours to provide you with a fulfilling and busy work schedule.
