As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to understand clients’ needs and developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based best practices.
• Facilitating a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while adapting techniques based on individual preferences and treatment goals.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and quality care.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers—to create a cohesive care strategy for each client.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at enhancing therapeutic practices and improving patient outcomes.
• Providing education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health initiatives, coping strategies, and available community support services.
• Continuously updating your knowledge of the latest trends and research in mental health to incorporate innovative practices into your treatment methods.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Strong knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex clinical situations.
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.

Experience with specific populations—such as children, adolescents, or individuals facing life transitions—will be considered an asset. Familiarity with evidence-based practice frameworks and telehealth technology is also highly valued.
