Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Insight Space, you will bear significant responsibilities that contribute directly to patient well-being:

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that adhere to best practices, utilizing solution-focused approaches tailored to individual client needs.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a spectrum of mental health challenges.
  • Maintain diligent clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that patient records are accurate and securely managed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to facilitate comprehensive patient care and ensure continuity of services.
  • Engage in regular case consultations to discuss patient progress and enhance clinical strategies based on peer feedback.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment processes, and available community resources to promote self-advocacy and informed decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health by integrating new findings into your practice, thereby enriching the therapeutic process and enhancing patient outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be serving a diverse population that includes individuals grappling with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our community clinic setting allows you to engage with clients from various cultural backgrounds, further enhancing your ability to deliver culturally competent care tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of California.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of progressive clinical experience, specifically focused on providing psychotherapy services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various solution-based psychotherapy techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities that aid in client assessment and treatment planning.
  • Commitment to working collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with diverse therapeutic modalities and the flexibility to adapt interventions to meet client preferences.
  • Prior experience in community health clinics or outpatient mental health settings.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to efficiently manage patient documentation.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
