• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying their strengths and resources to formulate appropriate treatment strategies.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that incorporate client goals, therapeutic interventions, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and seamless transitions for clients, thereby optimizing treatment effectiveness.
• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to address immediate mental health concerns and provide urgent support.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, empowering clients to enhance their coping strategies and mental health literacy.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

This role focuses on a diverse clientele primarily composed of school-aged children and adolescents. You will work closely with students who face various mental health challenges, collaborating with their families and school personnel to foster an environment conducive to healing and growth. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
