Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that incorporate client goals, therapeutic interventions, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and seamless transitions for clients, thereby optimizing treatment effectiveness.
  • Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to address immediate mental health concerns and provide urgent support.
  • Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, empowering clients to enhance their coping strategies and mental health literacy.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

Qualifications
