• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing our online platform, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach to client care.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their mental health status, identifying specific needs and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Monitor client progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to address evolving needs and ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that documentation is thorough and up-to-date.
• Engage in continuous communication with other mental health professionals when necessary, facilitating a holistic approach to client wellness.
• Adhere to ethical codes and legal standards governing the provision of mental health services, fostering a trustworthy and professional client relationship.

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your expertise will be vital in creating a safe and welcoming virtual space for clients, helping them navigate their mental health journeys and achieve meaningful progress. Your role will be key in empowering clients to develop coping strategies and enhance their overall mental wellness.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, which may include one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Prior experience providing individual therapy, ideally in a remote or telehealth setting, to demonstrate the ability to engage clients through digital platforms effectively.
• Familiarity with utilizing technology for therapy sessions and maintaining digital records, exemplifying your adaptability in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and foster a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
